Rock & Alluvium has offered piling solutions in the Building and Civil Engineering Sectors since 1963. We have been involved in many piling contracts throughout the country and as a result we are one of the UK's leading Piling Contractors.
We are owned by Van Elle Group, the UK's leading ground engineering contractor, who were founded in 1984.
Our Head Office is located in Leatherhead (London) and can provide a wide geographical spread to service Sites and Clients throughout England and Wales. We operate a large fleet of modern Hydraulic Piling Rigs which are all monitored using the latest rig computer technology.
Sectors
Rock & Alluvium work across a wide variety of sites with each one requiring its own unique design and construction programme. We work on many sites requiring retaining walls to support basements and also sites that require deep piles with large reinforcement cages to be craned in.

Rock & Alluvium believe that the safety of their workforce and others should receive the highest priority. To this end we have developed a Safety Management System that has been audited and registered with the ISO 45001 - Safety Management System.
We have also developed and improved our approach to the environment and through an external audit and have been accredited with ISO 14001 - Environmental Management System.
Rock & Alluvium also operate an externally audited ISO 9001 - Quality Management System ensuring quality delivery, customer focus and continuous improvement.
